Truenordic recently signed an agreement with Amsterdam-based company Adyen for providing payment solutions, both for card payments and alternative payment methods. The co-operation enables Truenordic to offer a range of options for its customers, depending on market, through one provider. Payments for a Truenordic product subscription, or so called “autoship”, will also happen via Adyen’s recurring payment options.
Adyen was chosen for a combination of factors. Says Janne Heimonen, CEO of Truenordic:
“Adyen is one of the newer, big payment providers with a very modern platform. I’ve followed their progress and growth for the last five years and it’s been impressive. They offer a vast range of payment methods through one integration. As we continue to grow internationally, this becomes very important. I’ve seen first-hand how aggressively Adyen pursues new opportunities and adds payment methods that their customers need in new markets. I’m also very pleased with the response times from Adyen. Their support and account management hold very high standards. Implementation has been very quick and we look forward to it going live now.”
